Paragraph 13

If, immediately before the commencement of this Act, a person’s statutory tenancy was a regulated tenancy (and not a controlled tenancy), for the purposes of the M1Rent Act 1968, by virtue of paragraph 5 of Schedule 2 to that Act (second successors) it shall be a regulated tenancy for the purposes of this Act by virtue of that paragraph.
