In Schedule 7 (general effect of final EDMOs), in paragraph 10(4)—
(a)
in paragraph (a)(ii) omit “(subject to paragraph (b))”;
(b)
for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b)paragraph (a) does not apply to the creation of an interest in the nature of an assured tenancy within the meaning of the Housing Act 1988.”
