Regulation 6A Construction contracts to which the information in Schedule 2 relatesF1

A qualifying construction contract is a relevant contract which satisfies the conditions in paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2)
The first condition is that the relevant contract is a qualifying contract.
(3)
The second condition is that the relevant contract is a construction contract.
