Section 17 Regulations.
(1)
Save as provided by this Act, the Treasury may by regulations prescribe anything authorised or required by this Act to be prescribed.
(2)
Any power conferred by this Act to make regulations shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.
(3)
Any statutory instrument made under this Act shall be subject to annulment by resolution of either House of Parliament.
