Regulation 8 Amendment of provisions of the 1980 Act

In section 21(3) of the 1980 Act after the words “Sections 9” in the first line there shall be inserted—

  • “(without the amendments made by paragraph 5 of Schedule 7 to the Reserve Forces Act 1996)”.
