Article 11 Modification of Harbours, Docks and Piers Clauses Act 1847 etc.

In relation to the Commissioners, the provisions of Section 23 of the Harbours, Docks and Piers Clauses Act 1847^f1 and Section 37 of the Commissioners Clauses Act 1847^f2 shall cease to have effect.
