Article 54 ArbitrationI1

Unless otherwise agreed, any dispute or difference under or arising out of any provision of this Order (other than in relation to any matter otherwise provided for in Schedules 9 or 10 or a difference which falls to be determined by the tribunal) shall be referred to and determined by a single arbitrator to be agreed between the parties or, failing agreement, to be appointed on the application of either party (after notice in writing to the other) by the President of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
