Paragraph 20 I1

The undertaker shall allow the authorised representatives of the Port Authority to inspect and survey all or any of the tidal works on reasonable written notice (or such notice as may be practicable in case of emergency) in that behalf being given to the undertaker by the Port Authority, and shall give all reasonable facilities for so doing.
