Paragraph 89 I1

Paragraphs 1(1) and 2 of Schedule 11 to this Order shall not apply in relation to apparatus to which this Part of this Schedule applies and paragraph 1(3) and (4) of that Schedule shall have effect as if they referred to apparatus removed under this Part of this Schedule.
