Paragraph 19 I1

Subject to sub-paragraph (2), the references in this schedule to the retail prices index means the monthly United Kingdom index of Retail Prices (for all items) published by the Office of National Statistics.

If that index is not published for any month these references shall be references to any substituted index or index figures published by that office for that month.
