Paragraph 116 Co-operationI1

Where in consequence of the proposed construction of any of the authorised works, the undertaker or SGN requires the removal of apparatus under sub-paragraph 110(2) or SGN makes requirements for the protection or alteration of apparatus under paragraph 112, the undertaker must use its best endeavours to co-ordinate the execution of the works in the interests of safety and the efficient and economic execution of the authorised development and taking into account the need to ensure the safe and efficient operation of SGN's undertaking and SGN must use its best endeavours to co-operate with the undertaker for that purpose.

For the avoidance of doubt whenever SGN's consent, agreement or approval is required in relation to plans, documents or other information submitted by SGN or the taking of action by SGN, it must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
