Section 176 of that Act (power to seize documents etc) shall be amended as follows.

(2)

In subsection (4), for the words from “a certifying” to “68(1)” there shall be substituted the words “ an examiner appointed under section 66A ”.

(3)

In subsection (5)(a), for the words “for the purposes of sections 68 to 72” there shall be substituted the words “ under section 66A ”.
