Paragraph 4

In section 31(2A) of the Criminal Appeal Act 1968, for “section 94A(2) of the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is substituted “ section 40(2) of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 ”.

In section 44(2) of that Act, for “section 94A(3) of the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is substituted “ section 40(3) of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 ”.
