Article 208 Inquiries and applications

The provisions of Schedule 5 shall have effect in relation to any inquiries or applications authorised by any provision of this Order, and section 23 of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 1954 c.33 shall not apply in relation to any such inquiry or application.
