Article 13 Prohibition on driving: immobilisation, removal and disposal of vehiclesI1

Schedule 1 makes provision about–

(a)

the immobilisation of vehicles the driving of which has been prohibited under–

(i)

Article 84 of the Order of 1981 (foreign vehicles);

(ii)

Article 77 or 79 of the Order of 1995 (unfit or overloaded vehicles); or

(iii)

Article 91E of the Offenders Order (failure to make payment of financial penalty deposit); and

(b)

the removal and disposal of such vehicles.
