(b)

in subsection (12)—

(i)

for “section 71 of the Act of 1967” substitute “ section 81 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ”; and

(ii)

for “section 74 of the Act of 1967” substitute “ section 84 of that Act ”.
