Section 22H Regulations about licences under this PartF1

The Secretary of State may make regulations about the licences required for persons providing passenger micromobility vehicles or non-passenger micromobility vehicles.

Schedule 3A makes further provision about regulations under this section (including provision for the imposition of financial penalties and fees, and for the creation of criminal offences).
