Regulation 29 Offences, enforcement and civil penaltiesI1

Schedule 4 (offences, penalties, enforcement and other matters) and Schedule 5 (other legislation for which penalties are applied) have effect.

Except in paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 or in relation to the expression “Officer of Revenue and Customs”, a reference in Schedule 4 to an officer is a reference to any person authorised by the enforcement authority to assist the authority in enforcing these Regulations F1, the Type Approval Regulation and the EU Type Approval Regulation.
