United Kingdom
Where a manufacturer who makes an application for type approval fails to comply with a requirement to supply documentation or additional information under the second subparagraph of paragraph 4 of Article 25 of the Type Approval Regulation F1or of the EU Type Approval Regulation, the approval authority may treat the application as having been withdrawn by the manufacturer.
