Paragraph 20 Amendment of the End-of-Life Vehicles (Producer Responsibility) Regulations 2005I1

The End-of-Life Vehicles (Producer Responsibility) Regulations 2005 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2, in the definition of “vehicle”, in paragraph (a), for “Annex II to Directive 2007/46/EC” to “for such vehicles”, substitute “ Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles ”.

In regulation 5, for the words from “Article 9(1)(b)” to the end, substitute “ point 5 of Part A of Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles ”.
