Paragraph 31 Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Ultra-Wideband Equipment) (Exemption) Regulations 2015I1

The Wireless Telegraphy (Ultra-Wideband Equipment) (Exemption) Regulations 2015 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3, in the definition of “automotive vehicle”, for “Council Directive 2007/46/EC” to “for such vehicles”, substitute “ Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles ”.
