Paragraph 35 Amendment of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018I1

The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3(a), for sub-paragraph (ii), substitute—

“(ii)

in the definition of “travel service”, in paragraph (c)(iii), for “point (c) of Article 4(3) of Directive 2006/126/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on driving licences”, substitute “ Part 1 of Schedule 2 (categories and sub-categories of vehicle for licensing purposes) to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999 M2 ”;”.
