Coming into force 12th December 2005
The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1988f1.
In accordance with section 195(2) of that Act he has consulted such representative organisations as he thinks fit.
