ROAD TRAFFIC

Made 4th July 2006

Laid before Parliament 7th July 2006

Coming into force 1st August 2006

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 41(1), (2) and (5) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 f1.

In accordance with section 195(2) of that Act, he has consulted with representative organisations.
