Road Traffic

Coming into force 9th March 2015
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 41(1), (2) and (5) of the Road Traffic Act 1988f1 (“the 1988 Act”).
Representative organisations have been consulted in accordance with section 195(2) of the 1988 Act.
