Regulation 11 Condition and maintenance of tyres

In paragraph (i) of regulation 27(4)(a), after “an agricultural motor vehicle”, insert “, not being a category T tractor,”.

In paragraph (iii) of regulation 27(4)(a), omit “or”.

In paragraph (iv) of regulation 27(4)(a), for “20mph.”, substitute “20 mph; or”.

After paragraph (iv) of regulation 27(4)(a), add—

“(v)

a category T tractor that is not driven at more than 40 km/h.”
