Paragraph 3 F1

For the purposes of F2paragraph 1 of this Part of this Schedule the relevant percentage, in respect of a vehicle, is—

(a)

if the vehicle is of a description specified in the Annex to the emissions publication, the percentage shown against that description of vehicle in column 2(a) of that Annex; F3...

(F4b)

if the vehicle is not of such a description and is first used before 1st July 2002, 0.5%; or

(c)

if the vehicle is not of such a description and is first used on or after 1st July 2002, 0.3%.
