Regulation 1 Commencement, citation and revocationsI1

These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st November 1989.

The Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations 1984^f1 and the Road Vehicles Lighting (Amendment) Regulations 1987^f2 are hereby revoked.
