Article 69E Publication and availability of gating ordersF1

(1)

A district council must arrange for—

(a)

the publication of orders made by it under this Part; and

(b)

copies of orders made by it under this Part to be made available to the public.

(2)

Arrangements under paragraph (1)(b) may require the payment of a reasonable charge.
