In section 3 of the Entail Amendment (Scotland) Act 1875 (interpretation), in paragraph 5 of the definition of “Improvements”—

(a)

for the words “private roads” there shall be substituted the words “roads (other than roads within the meaning of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984)”; and

(b)

for the words “roads or streets” there shall be substituted the words “private roads (within the meaning of the said Act of 1984)”.
