In regulation 13 (discharge of probationer)—

(a)

in paragraph (1) there shall be substituted for the words “his period” the words “any period”; and

(b)

there shall be inserted after paragraph (4) the following paragraph—

“(4A)

For the purposes of this regulation a month’s pay is to be calculated by multiplying one-twelfth of the annual rate ascertained from Schedule 6 by the appropriate factor.”.
