Regulation 10 Initial periodI1

In the initial period paragraphs 5(2) and 7(1) and 8(1) shall have effect with the substitution of “2 years” for “12 months”.

In paragraph (1) “the initial period” means the period of 12 months beginning on 6th November 2000.
