Regulation 12 Transfers of holdingsI1

For the purposes of Article 8(3)(a) of the Horizontal Implementing Regulation, the period within which the transferee must inform the Department of the transfer and request payment of the aid or support, or both, is 90 days beginning with the first day after the date of the transfer.
