Regulation 16 Transfer of holdingsI1

For the purposes of Article 8(3)(a) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 809/2014 of 17 July 2014^f1, the period within which the transferee must inform the Welsh Ministers of the transfer and request payment of the aid or support, or both, is 30 days beginning with the first day after the date of the transfer.
