Article 2 Provisions coming into force on 10th September 2012

The appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 10th September 2012—

(a)

section 43(6)^f1;

(b)

section 43(7) insofar as it is not already in force;

(c)

section 47(1) to (4)^f2;

(d)

section 47(7)^f3 insofar as it is not already in force;

(e)

section 50^f4 (provision of information to supervisory authorities) insofar as it is not already in force.

f1: Section 43(6) is amended by sections 75(4) and 115(2) of, and Part 5 of Schedule 10 to, the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (c. 9).
f2: Section 47(1) to (4) is amended by sections 76 and 115(2) of, and Part 5 of Schedule 10 to, the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012. There are other amendments not relevant to this Order.
f3: Section 47(7) is amended by section 76 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012.
