The Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(2)(b) and (3)(b), 45(9) and 59(11) of, and paragraphs 6 and 9 of Schedule 4 to, the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006f1, makes the following Order:
