The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 43(7), 48(6) and 49(6) of, and paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 and paragraph 2 of Schedule 7 to, the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006^f1, makes the following Order.
