This Order may be cited as the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Supervisory Authorities and Devolution Alignment) Order 2010 and, subject to paragraph (2), comes into force on 26th July 2010.

Article 2 comes into force twenty one days after the day on which this Order is laid.
