Council Regulation (EC) No 1210/2003, concerning certain specific restrictions on economic and financial relations with Iraq and repealing Regulation (EC) No 2465/96, is amended as follows.

Omit Article 4a.

(a)

in paragraph 2—

(i)

for the words from “Article 4(3)” to “Annex V, ” substitute “ regulations 4 to 7 of the Iraq (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2012, the Treasury ”;

(ii)

in point (d), omit the words from “, provided” to the end of the point;

(b)

omit paragraph 3.
