Council Regulation (EU) No 356/2010, imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain natural or legal persons, entities or bodies, in view of the situation in Somalia, is amended as follows.

in paragraph 1—

(i)

for the words from “Article 2” to “Annex II,” substitute “ regulations 3 to 7 of the Somalia (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2010, the Treasury ”;

(ii)

(iii)
