Paragraph 2 Persons entitled to hold index-linked certificates purchased before7th September 1981

An index-linked certificate issued before 7th September 1981 andpurchased, in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations, byhis receiver on behalf of and in the name of a mentally disorderedperson who had attained the minimum eligible age shall be deemed to beheld by the person on whose behalf it was purchased.
