E1The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 of theM1 National Debt Act 1972 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:

The provisions of s.11 of the National Debt Act 1972 (under which this Order is made) extend to the Channel Islands and those provisions extend to the Isle of Man with the omission from subsection (1)(b) and so much of subsection (2) as follows paragraph (b) of that section
