Whereas the Shetland Islands Council has applied for a Pilotage Order in accordance with the Pilotage Orders (Applications) Regulations 1980^f1; and whereas no objection to the application has been received:

Now therefore the Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Pilotage Act 1983^f2 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
