Article 3 Savings provision

Despite article 2, the School Admissions Code 2014^f1 continues to have effect, as it had effect immediately before 1st September 2021, in relation to an application for the admission of a child to a maintained school made before 1st September 2021.

In this article “School Admissions Code 2014” means the School Admissions Code, a copy of a draft of which was laid before each House of Parliament on 30th October 2014 and which came into force on 19th December 2014.
