The title of these Regulations is the School Admissions (Infant Class Sizes) (Wales) Regulations 2013 and they come into force on 8 July 2013.

Paragraphs 4, 11 and 12 of the Schedule to these Regulations apply in relation to the 2014/2015 school year and subsequent years.

(3)

These Regulations apply in relation to any maintained school in Wales which contains an infant class^f1.
