Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 20th March 2003, except for paragraph (2) of regulation 2, and regulation 34 and Schedule 7, which will come into force on 1st September 2003.
