Regulation 4 Provision of information by the head teacher to the governing bodyI1

The head teacher of every maintained school must, each F1school year, make available to the governing body information about the matters mentioned in F2Schedule 3 for the purpose of enabling the governing body to comply with their obligations in respect of those matters.
