In section 437 (school attendance orders)—

(a)

in each of subsections (5) and (6), omit “or grant-maintained”; and

(b)

in subsection (8), for the definition of “maintained school” substitute—

““maintained school” means any community, foundation or voluntary school or any community or foundation special school not established in a hospital; and”.
