In section 496 (power of Secretary of State to prevent unreasonable use of functions), in subsection (2)—

(a)

at the end of paragraph (a) insert “ and ”; and

(b)

for paragraphs (b) and (c) substitute—

“(b)

the governing body of any community, foundation or voluntary school or any community or foundation special school.”
