In section 533 (duties of governing bodies of maintained schools with respect to provision of school meals etc.)—

(a)

in subsection (2), for “a voluntary” substitute “ any such ”; and

(b)

in subsection (3), after “Part II” insert “ of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 ”.
